As Co-Founder and COO of CRI, Flora is responsible for the operations of the firm and heads up the practice in industrial and manufacturing industries. With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment and talent management sector, Flora has operated in numerous senior leadership positions for a number of prominent search firms and has launched several successful businesses. Flora holds a master degree in Materials Science and Engineering, and she is a national certified DISC assessment consultant.
Tiffiny has been working in the recruitment and executive search industry since 2008. Her personal focus is on senior level appointments and leading a team in delivering across mid to senior roles for talent solutions. She has a strong track record of successfully helping clients acquire top talent from mid to senior levels in engineering, manufacturing and chemical industries. She is renowned in the industry for her exceptional knowledge of the market. She holds a master degree in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University.
Kelly has around 10 years’ hands-on recruitment experience covering Asia region and now is leading the sub-sector of Chemical & Materials team in CRI. Proven track record in fulfilling the placements for Fortune 500 Chemical Companies which covered the functions of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Technical, Application Development, Supply Chain & Procurement, Plant Operation, HR & Finance, etc. Her team delivers a highly consultative and bespoke approach to recruitment, able to provide both recruitment solution to clients and career advice to candidates.
Oscar Peng has devoted himself in executive search for over 10 years. Oscar have in-depth cooperation with the top listed companies as well as those family businesses in the Retail & Luxury industry for years. The accumulation makes him a professional with extensive knowledge and broad connections with the senior talents in the fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, and sports areas. Before join CRI, Oscar brought his entrepreneurship to start up RIMUS Talents in 2017. It successfully built its reputation in luxury sector by some critical placements. In his early career, Oscar spent 5 years in a boutique retainer firm where he established a solid foundation. Oscar holds a master’s degree of Business Administration (MBA) in SISU. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese.
Wendy has accumulated 18 years of professional experience in talent training and executive recruiting activities based in China. She is the founder of Wits Global Consulting, which is a sub-brand affiliated to CRI. Her team owns a strong network of client resources that covers industrial, energy, transportation, and TMT sectors. Her tracking records are widely located in most of the cities in Mainland China, HK and Singapore. Wendy holds a bachelor degree in English and Economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
Luca joins CRI as a Business Partner and specialized in Executive Search for Senior and Executive Roles and Experts in EE, IC and Semiconductor Industries. She specialized in Full P&L and Operational Management, R&D, Technical and Engineering Experts, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Project Management positions. Luca has nearly 20 years of Executive Search experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Transportation, Healthcare, Precision Instrument and Semiconductor sectors with exposure and track record in leading international firms. Luca is known for her ability to analyze and assess difficult assignments, determining the most effective method of approach and executing it with efficiency.
Eddie is one of the very few top HR professionals in China market, who had been positioned up to Global HR Head for a business unit in a Fortune 500 European company with over 20 years HR experiences, out of which 10+ years at Director level positions.
