As Co-Founder and COO of CRI, Flora is responsible for the operations of the firm and heads up the practice in industrial and manufacturing industries. With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment and talent management sector, Flora has operated in numerous senior leadership positions for a number of prominent search firms and has launched several successful businesses. Flora holds a master degree in Materials Science and Engineering, and she is a national certified DISC assessment consultant.

Oscar Peng has devoted himself in executive search for over 10 years. Oscar have in-depth cooperation with the top listed companies as well as those family businesses in the Retail & Luxury industry for years. The accumulation makes him a professional with extensive knowledge and broad connections with the senior talents in the fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, and sports areas. Before join CRI, Oscar brought his entrepreneurship to start up RIMUS Talents in 2017. It successfully built its reputation in luxury sector by some critical placements. In his early career, Oscar spent 5 years in a boutique retainer firm where he established a solid foundation. Oscar holds a master’s degree of Business Administration (MBA) in SISU. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese.

In 2010, Alex entered the headhunting industry and held positions as the industry director at a top internet headhunting company in China, and as a senior partner for the ICT & internet industry at a large multinational human resources service group. He has successfully served hundreds of leading enterprises across various industries including internet, automotive, pharmaceuticals, industrial, and financial sectors. She taught high school English for 6 years and worked as a project procurement manager for a Fortune Global 500 company for 5 years before accumulating over 10 years of experience in financial headhunting. As a business partner at CRI, she is fully responsible for business related to the insurance and financial technology industries. Since 2010, she has been dedicated to the insurance industry as a senior headhunting consultant. Previously, she served as the head of insurance and internet finance business at the first A-share listed human resources service company in China. In 2017, she was honored with dual champion titles, winning the Best Large Transaction Award in 20 years and the Headhunting Performance Champion, two of the most prestigious awards in the industry.

She has over 16 years working experiences in executive search, including 9+ years focus on Life Science industryBy leveraging her professionalism, intelligence and finesse, she and her team has established strong relationships with global and local Life Science organizations and PE/VCs, helping them with talent acquisition (ranging from senior professionals to executives), RPO and BPO projects. As founding and management team member of Connected Group China, Stephanie participated and strategized the company development plans, build the Consumer / Retail team from 0 to 7. MRI is a global leading recruitment firm with footprint in BJ, SH, GZ, Chengdu across China mainland. Stephanie was one of the pioneers to set up MRI Life Sciences desk in China.
