Alex has accumulated 17 years of experience in the IT, internet, and high-tech industries, with 12 years of experience in industry headhunting and 5 years of internet investment experience. He has previously worked at Sony China and Tencent. In 2010, Alex entered the headhunting industry and held positions as the industry director at a top internet headhunting company in China, and as a senior partner for the ICT & internet industry at a large multinational human resources service group. He has successfully served hundreds of leading enterprises across various industries including internet, automotive, pharmaceuticals, industrial, and financial sectors. He possesses extensive experience in assisting companies in establishing Digital/Innovation/AI teams. Currently, he is responsible for the IT internet & High Tech sector at Connected-R International.

Summer is a nationally certified senior human resources professional. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Huazhong Normal University in 1997. She taught high school English for 6 years and worked as a project procurement manager for a Fortune Global 500 company for 5 years before accumulating over 10 years of experience in financial headhunting. As a business partner at CRI, she is fully responsible for business related to the insurance and financial technology industries. Since 2010, she has been dedicated to the insurance industry as a senior headhunting consultant. Previously, she served as the head of insurance and internet finance business at the first A-share listed human resources service company in China. In 2017, she was honored with dual champion titles, winning the Best Large Transaction Award in 20 years and the Headhunting Performance Champion, two of the most prestigious awards in the industry.

Stephanie LI, Co-Founder of Life Science business at CRI. She has over 16 years working experiences in executive search, including 9+ years focus on Life Science industryBy leveraging her professionalism, intelligence and finesse, she and her team has established strong relationships with global and local Life Science organizations and PE/VCs, helping them with talent acquisition (ranging from senior professionals to executives), RPO and BPO projects. Also she collaborates with the clients in terms of organizational development, overall business consulting and total solution.Prior to joining CRI, Stephanie Li worked at Connected Group and MRI Group. Connected Group is a Hongkong invested recruitment company, Stephanie was the Head of Consumer practice , also cover Consumer Life Science and OTC. As founding and management team member of Connected Group China, Stephanie participated and strategized the company development plans, build the Consumer / Retail team from 0 to 7. MRI is a global leading recruitment firm with footprint in BJ, SH, GZ, Chengdu across China mainland. Stephanie was one of the pioneers to set up MRI Life Sciences desk in China. Through applying her strong learning ability, she has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the Life Science industry, comprising expertise in Commercial ( Sales & Marketing, BD etc.) and Manufacturing (supply chain, productive, technical service etc.), as well as supporting function, especially excelling at Senior level positions. 

Hailey possesses nearly a decade of experience in mid-to-high-end headhunting, boasting abundant resources and extensive expertise in searching for high-end talents. She offers practical and effective one-stop talent solutions. With over six years immersed in the retail industry, she has specialized in talent recruitment for mid-to-senior positions in various categories including procurement, operations, expansion, and e-commerce across the nation. Years of talent hunting experience have endowed Hailey with profound analytical skills, keen intuition, and a rational, pragmatic yet flexible and engaging approach. She excels in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management. Proficient in employing various modes of talent search methods and techniques, she effectively locates high-end talents in the consumer goods sector for client companies. Her past clients include Walmart, Sam's Club, Auchan, B&Q, Metro, Decathlon, among others.

Mr. Cheng Peng comes from the energy and high-tech industries. Prior to joining the headhunting industry, he served as the pre-sales manager for the oilfield environmental protection product line at the domestic oilfield service giant, Antong Petroleum, where he gained extensive experience in field operations and sales to major clients. Since the end of 2015, after entering the headhunting industry, he has been deeply involved in IT, internet, hard technology, and digitization industries. He has witnessed explosive growth in both To C and To B enterprises. The digitalization team and high-tech industry team he leads have an average headhunting experience of over 5 years, with rich experience in dialogue with middle and senior management. He has achieved remarkable results in corporate informatization, digital transformation, and cross-industry executive recruitment. Over the past five years, Mr. Cheng Peng's team has successfully supported hundreds of enterprises.
